A Nordic summer tale set on Røst - the outermost island in Lofoten in Northern Norway. A landscape architect on a field trip invites two close friends to join her for a summer week. On the first night she reveals a secret she has longed to get off her chest. Amidst hikes, boat trips, meals and meetings with locals and Italian visitors, Liv unfolds the details of a five-year relationship with someone she calls “The Sadist.”
